Amy Dawson has been a part of the Atlantic family since August of 2018. She has worked in the insurance industry for 8 years, partly focusing her energy on health and part on personal lines insurance. She graduated from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI with a degree in Health Services Administration.
In her current role as executive assistant, she supports one of our principals, Steven McDonald, in his daily responsibilities. Her strengths include organization, developing processes and managing time as she coordinates her and her team’s schedule. As a former small business owner, she understands some of the challenges facing our local businesses and appreciates the opportunity to be part of an organization focused on risk management and asset protection for our insureds. Amy also enjoys being part of an agency that embraces technology and innovation.
